If you have insufficient funds in your account or your registered payment card has expired, the payment will not go through.
If a payment is unsuccessful, you will receive a notification and instructions on how to retry it. You're free to retry the payment, but you will not be able to start another charging session until the outstanding amount has been paid.
If your registered payment card has expired, you must first delete the card from the app to add a new, valid payment card before you retry the failed payment.
If you cancel your subscription to Easee Pay while there is an outstanding amount, it does not release you from the responsibility of paying the outstanding payment. If the unpaid bill remains unpaid for 30 days, the site owner reserves the right to engage the services of a debt collection agency.
Please be aware that if you do not have a registered payment method in the Easee app, you will be unable to charge your vehicle at charging sites where Easee Pay is enabled.
