My charger can't connect to the available cellular network

If your charger is offline, and version 315 of the software is still installed, the push for update will happen once the charger is back online. If the problem persists, take the following steps to finalize the configuration.

You will need to restart your charger by cutting the power to the charger at the fuse cabinet.

  1. Put your smartphone in airplane mode.
  2. Hold down the touch button on your charger until the LED strip lights up green and you hear a confirmation tone. The charger has now created a local Wi-Fi network.

Use your phone to connect to the charger’s Wi-Fi network. The Wi-Fi name (SSID) contains your charger’s serial number.

  1. Open your phone’s web browser and enter 192.168.4.1 in the address field.
  2. Log in using the charger's PIN code.

  3. Access your charger’s settings to add a WiFi network.

  4. Connect your charger to the connection share created by your phone. This should enable you to bring your charger online and finalize the configuration with the backplate.

Once they are connected, update your charger, or contact us and they can carry out the update remotely.

This procedure can take up to 20-25 minutes, but will enable you to complete the configuration.
