Creating an Installer Company

Certain changes to sites can be done only by electricians in a listed installer company.

This means that your company must have an Installer company account. Contact your company administrator and ask them to add you to the company account.

If your company does not have an Installer Company account, you can create one in the app. 

  1. From the menu, press Companies.
  2. Press Create.
    The Register installer company screen displays.

  3. Enter the company's Name and Country.
    The country will be filled based on the information in your Installer account.

    Exceptional Information Circle Info Icon If you try to create a company with an already existing company name, it will be denied.

  4. Press the arrow to continue.

  5. The sites listed on this screen are sites you, as the Installer, already have access to. Press to select sites to add to the company. You can add sites later, after creating the company, if you wish.
  6. Press the arrow to continue.

  7. Select the role and enter the email address of other installers or administrators to invite to join the company account.
    If you do not want to invite anyone now, press Skip.
  8. You can now press to invite another person to the company account, or you can press I'm done to complete the company account creation.

    Once you are done inviting employees, the registration is complete.
