There are multiple factors that may impact your charging speed. The Easee Charger supports up to 22kW. To achieve this your charger must be installed with TN (400V) with a minimum of 32A. Your car must also support these requirements.
Most cars today only support AC charging up to 11kW. For information regarding your specific car, please contact your car dealership.
There are several factors that may restrict your charging speed, such as:
- Your electrical grid
- Installation (Fuse size/installation cable, 1-phase or 3-phase)
- Charging Cable (16A/1-Phase, 32A/1-Phase, 16A/3-Phase, 32A/3-Phase)
- The onboard charger

You can also check your Power settings in the Easee App, as these settings may have been restricted by your installer. You may also want to look at your cars settings, as these may also limit your charging speed.
