A Generic Cloud Account is an email address that is associated with a company rather than an individual user, and must be registered using the company's own email domain. Public email domains such as @gmail.com, @icloud.com, @outlook.com, @gmx.com, and similar services are not accepted. The Generic Cloud Account must be created in the Easee Portal before we can proceed. Once the account has been converted to a Generic Account, it will no longer be able to log in to the Easee Cloud or Portal interface. However, it can continue to be used for API authentication and API calls.

Generic Easee Cloud account email address

Email address used as company admin

The Admin Account must be registered with an individual's work email address on your company's domain. Shared or generic email addresses are not permitted, as this ensures each user can be individually managed and removed if they leave the organisation. The Admin Account cannot use the same email address as the Generic Account, since Generic Accounts do not have login access to the Easee Cloud or Portal. You may add multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma. Please note: The Admin Account must be created in the Easee Portal before we can send an invitation for it to join the company.
