If you are unable to log in to the portal using your integration account, it is because your account has been converted to a company account. However, you can still use your credentials to access the Easee API and to send requests. With your access token, you will have access to all websites that have selected your operator.
If you want to use the portal in connection with your company, you can create a new user account. Easee will then add this user account to your company, allowing you to administrate your company account. This includes the ability to change your company name, update contact email addresses and add new users to the company. Additionally, if you have an OCPP integration, you can change the OCPP settings.
You also have the option to change your listing in the operator list by toggling the Operator in production field on or off.
