OCPP MeterValues are sent every 1 kWh of energy used. This means that while charging the fastest you will receive an updated MeterValue is every seven minutes on 1-phase and every three minutes on 3-phase.

Although we support the MeterValueSampleInterval key, changing this will not increase the frequency that MeterValues are received past what is outlined above.
