Why is my company not in the Operator list?

Only companies that have marked the Operator in Production checkbox are in the Operator list.

To change the Operator in Production setting:

  1. After logging in to Portal, from the menu at the top right of the page, click Company Settings.

    The Company Settings page displays as a layer over the Portal screen.
  2. At the bottom of the Company info tab, click the Operator in production checkbox. It must be checked for your company to be in the Operator list.
