Only companies that have marked the Operator in Production checkbox are in the Operator list.

To change the Operator in Production setting:

1. After logging in to Control, at the top right of the page, click Company users.
   

    

   The Company Users page displays as a layer over the Portal screen. Click the Company info tab.
2. At the bottom of the Company info tab, click the Operator in production checkbox. It must be checked for your company to be in the Operator list.
   
3. Click Save.
