Why can't I add my charger to my app?

You can only add a charger to your app after the installer has completed the installation and the charger has connected to the cloud.

 

Exceptional Information Circle Info IconInstallation, configuration, and connection to the cloud are parts of the installation process handled by a licensed electrician.

If the error continues after the electrician has fully completed the installation, contact the electrician to ensure the installation process has been fully completed.
