Whether your home grid system is 1- 2- or 3-phase, or your car supports 3-phase or only 1-phase, the app will show you how much amperage is on each phase, and how much voltage is passing between each phase pair.
To see the phases, press the charger. If the charger is charging, press the wave.
The Equalizer will also show its reported phases and values.
The center will change to show the phases and their values.
The phase is represented as a circle, with the amperage of the phase in the center of the circle. The voltage for each phase pair is shown between each pair.
The top of each circle, in grey, the maximum circuit fuse size is shown.
Some operators may change the values per phase. Check with your operator if the amperage values are different.
If you have a TN 3-phase grid, the phases will show in a line rather than in a triangle.
Two phase systems will also display.
If you think you should be charging at 3-phase and you are only charging at one phase, make sure your app is set to allow for 3-phase charging (if you have 3-phase wiring), and make sure your car can charge using 3-phase.
