How do I Invite an Installer Company to my Site?

When you invite an installer company to your site, they can edit the site properties as an admin and help you with remote support. You will continue to be the site owner.

  1. From the site, select Tools in the left menu.
  2. Select Installer.
  3. Select Set installer.
  4. Select the installer from the list.

If you can not find the company in the list, you can invite the installer to create a company by selecting Invite installer and add their email. This will send them an invitation to create a company.

The company you invited will be visible when created or added. You can remove or change the invited company as needed.
