I have lost my PIN code, and don't have access to the charger

  • Updated

Easee requires a verification check in order to disclose the PIN code. If we do not receive the necessary information and documentation, we are entitled to reject the request.

Approved documents: Original invoice of the charger, or the invoice with your full name, and address where the charger is installed in case you have bought a house with an already installed charger.

If you buy a second hand charger, Easee is not responsible for providing you with the PIN. You must make sure the owner gives you this information before completing the sale.
