Easee Flex Rewards (UK Only)
Easee Flex Rewards rewards you
for charging in a grid-friendly way. By allowing small
adjustments to your charging—sometimes pausing for up
to one hour—you help support renewable energy use on
the grid.
You will earn ÂŁ5 per month (paid to
your in-app wallet) for every month you charge.
This feature does not impact your normal charging behaviour:
- Your car charges according to your preferences.
- All charging modes are supported.
- Short pauses happen automatically.
Flex Rewards is available to eligible Easee One owners in the UK. If it is available to you, it will appear inside your Site card in the Easee App.

Yes, in most cases you can participate in Easee Flex Rewards alongside an EV tariff. However, some energy providers actively control or schedule your charging behaviour as part of the tariff, which may affect eligibility for participation.
If you’re unsure whether your tariff is compatible, we would always recommend checking your energy provider’s terms and conditions or contacting them directly for confirmation.

How do I receive earnings?
Weekly top-ups in your in-app wallet + monthly summary email.
When is my ÂŁ5 paid?
Your £5 reward is issued every 30 days from the date you enrolled—it’s a rolling 30-day cycle, not a calendar month. For example, if you enrolled on the 8th, your next £5 will land roughly 30 days later, not on the 1st of the following month. You can see your current balance and next expected payment date in the Flex Rewards section of the Easee app.
Why haven't I received anything yet?
Payments are monthly—pauses might appear before earnings.
How do I withdraw?
Withdraw when your wallet hits £10+. Transfer takes 1–3 business days.
Managing Participation
Can I opt out?
Yes, anytime. You will stop receiving monthly earnings.
Can I rejoin?
Yes, re-enable through the Site card.
