The Easee charger is made of 3 core components:

• Backplate.
• Chargeberry.
• Front cover.

The serial number and PIN code for your charger may be located on the front of the Chargeberry.

The Chargeberry contains the electronic components for charging your car. It is the "brains" of the system, and the portion your charging cable attaches to. You can easily detach the Chargeberry from the backplate by sliding it upwards.

The Chargeberry is a sealed unit and should never be opened under any circumstances. Our chargers are designed to be easily replaced in the event of a component failure. Our team will never ask you to open the Chargeberry. Any attempt to open the Chargeberry will immediately void your warranty.
