Additional Considerations
WiFi specifications
- The WiFi must be protected by a password.
- Easee products use 2.4 GHz IEEE 802.11 b/g/n.
Easee products do not support 5 GHz WiFi or WiFi 6 (802.11ax). - The WiFi signal must be at least -75 dBm to ensure a stable connection.
- If you are using a mesh network and can't connect, turn your network off and connect to the router, then turn your mesh network on.
Password requirements
An SSID password can be up to 31 characters. The characters dot (.), slash (/), backslash (\), and hyphen (-) are not allowed in a password.
