My Equalizer does not light up when I connect it to my smart meter

When setting up the Equalizer there are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Make sure that you are using a supported smart meter with a HAN or P1 port. 

  • Verify that your HAN/P1 port has been opened by your grid operator.

  • Unplug and plug back in your Equalizer. 

  • The Equalizer may use up to 30 seconds to power up after being connected to the meter.
