There are 3 user roles, each with different levels of administrative access.
To see the your roles in Easee Portal, click your name in the corner to open the menu, and click Account Settings. When your profile is open, click Company roles on the left side of the Easee Portal. You can view your user role in the Easee app under Site settings.
As the owner of a charging site you have the highest level of access possible for a user. You can manage other administrators, users, and the site and objects on the site.
To become the owner of a site you have to be invited by the installer, or create the site in Easee portal.
As an administrator on a site you have access to most settings on a management level. The administrator role is given by the site owner.
Those listed as users on a site have approved access to the site. Users are not able to change settings regarding the site or any chargers. Users are also able to view chargers from within the Easee portal or app.
Access to chargers on site may depend on the site's Access Control setting.
When invited to a site, the user will receive an SMS and/or app notification.
