The Charging Price defines the cost per kilowatt-hour (kWh) that is applied to charging sessions at the site. This price is used when generating consumption reports.

💡 Important:
The charging price cannot be changed retroactively. Any change only applies from the moment it is saved and forward.

Where to Find Charging Price

1. Open your site in Easee Control
2. In the left menu, go to:
   Consumption → Charging price

Charging Price Configuration

The Charging price editor contains the following fields:

VAT

Enter the VAT percentage to be applied to charging.

Currency

Select the currency used for the charging price.

Cost per kWh (incl. VAT)

Enter the price including VAT.

Cost per kWh (excl. VAT)

Enter the price excluding VAT.

You only need to enter one of the kWh prices (incl. VAT or excl. VAT) together with the VAT percentage.
The remaining value is calculated automatically.

How to Set or Change the Charging Price

1. Go to Consumption → Charging price
2. Click Edit
3. Set the VAT
4. Select the Currency
5. Enter either:
   • Cost per kWh (incl. VAT)
     or
   • Cost per kWh (excl. VAT)
6. Click Save

The new charging price becomes active immediately and applies to all future charging sessions.

Important Notes

• Charging price changes do not affect past sessions
• VAT is applied when generating reports
• Only one charging price can be active at a time
