The charging price is the set amount charged per kilowatt-hour.
The charging price cannot be changed for dates in the past. When the price is changed it will only have an affect from the time it was changed and into the future. It is also possible to set the currency you would like to use.
You can input the price including VAT or without VAT, but you will need to enter one of the prices as well as the VAT. The other price is automatically calculated.
To enter or modify a charging price, follow these steps:
- From the side bar for the site, click to open Consumption.
- Click to expand the Charging Price section.
If the charging price is not set, Cost not defined appears on the right side of the Charging Price bar. - Enter either:
The amount for Fixed cost per kWh (inc. VAT), including the currency,
or
The amount for the Fixed cost per kWh (ex. VAT). - Enter the amount, as a percentage, for VAT.
- Click Save.
The VAT is calculated when generating a report. If the VAT percentage is not set, then it will not be in the report.
