At some point you might sell your house and want to transfer your Easee charger to the new owner. You can do this through either the Easee app or Easee Control.

Prerequisites:

• You must be the site owner to transfer ownership
• You need the new owner's phone number
• You must know the PIN code of your device. This code may allow the new owner to gain control of the device

Easee App

1. Open the app and find the charger that you wish to transfer to a new owner.
2. Press the down arrow at the top right, then select Site settings.
3. Press Moving house?
4. Choose to transfer via Email, Share, or QR code.
   You will get a popup confirming to delete your data from the charger.
5. • If you selected Email, enter the email address and press Send invite
   • If you selected Share, select to copy the text or to share via an app
   • If you selected QR code, a QR code will display, and the new owner will scan it

Easee Control

1. Navigate to the site of the charger that shall be transferred to new owner.
2. Select Administration.
3. Select Invite user.
4. Choose the country and enter the phone number of the new owner, and select Look up.
5. Select the user role of the new owner to Owner and send the invitation.
6. The new owner will be notified with instructions on how to proceed.
