Please provide 4 photographs of your charger. These photos will only be used to verify your installation.
Important:
The example images linked below do not show any stickers or wiring. Please do not remove any stickers or disconnect any wires when taking your photos. The examples are just to show the correct angles.
Safety first
Before you begin, please make sure the power to the charger is switched off at the fuse.
To take the photos, you will need to:
- Turn off the fuse supplying the charger
- Remove the front cover
- Unclip the Chargeberry from the backplate
👉 Please do not touch or disconnect any electrical wires.
We suggest a suitably qualified person carries out this task.
