To ensure a stable and user-friendly experience, we optimize how data is presented in the app.

An important distinction to understand

There is a clear difference between:

• Your electricity meter → sends data to Equalizer frequently and accurately.
• Equalizer → communicates with the app, where data is filtered and optimized to provide the best possible user experience.

Most importantly: The functionality always works

Even if the app does not display every single change, you can be confident that:

• Equalizer receives all the necessary data from your electricity meter.
• The system adjusts charging in real time based on actual consumption and production.
• All functionality continues to operate seamlessly in the background.
