The Easee Equalizer's status is easily checked in the portal and the app. There is also a light on the front to notify you of different statuses.
Normal light displays
Flashing white light: Booting.
Slow (10 second) pulsing white light: Normal operation.
Error light displays
Red-white-blank flashing light: No WiFi added. Use the Easee app to set up WiFi.
Slow (10 second) pulsing purple light: Offline Mode. Check your internet connection.
Red flashing light: No data from power meter. Contact your utility company to activate your HAN/P1 port.
Pulsing red light: No data from power meter.

Slow (10 second) pulsing red light: Error. Contact customer support.
Other status displays
There are displays available to determine current power status.
Power consumption
Press the Easee logo in the center of the Equalizer to check the power consumption. The present power consumption is measured as a percentage of the maximum capacity.
Fast flashing blue light: High power consumption.
Slow flashing blue light: Low power consumption.
The number of flashes indicates the percentage of capacity. One flash means the present power is at 10% capacity, two flashes is 20% capacity, up to ten flashes for 100% capacity.
EaseeLink™ and WiFi connection status
Press and hold the Easee logo for three seconds.
The LED will flash two flashes.
First flash — EaseeLink™ connection status.
Second flash — WiFi connection status.
Green light: Connected.
Red light: Not connected.
