When the installer installed the charger, they placed a sticker in your manual (or inside your electrical panel) with the PIN.
If you are the site owner, you can find the PIN for a charger in the app.
- With the charger loaded in the app, press Charger settings.
- Press About.
The PIN code is the second entry on the card. Press the eye icon to view.
You must be listed as the site owner to view a product's PIN code.
