These are the error messages that are in the app, and what steps you can take if you encounter them.
Each error message below includes the accompanying text you will see in the app. Afterwards, if applicable, there is a link in italics to another support page for more information.
Regardless of the error message you can always contact support for more help.
Offline
The system reports that the Charging Robot is offline. Information displayed may not be fully up-to-date.
Charger off
You can switch it on again in the Access page if you want to charge your vehicle.

No permission
You do not have permission to view or manage this Charging Robot. This is often related to changes made to access levels for the site or charger.
Please check with a site administrator to fix this.

Possible problem with the car
Your car has turned on and off charging too many times, and the Charging robot must stop to prevent wear and tear. To reset, remove and re-insert the cable. If the problem persists you should try another charging cable. If that does not help please contact your car dealer.

Hardware fault
The system has detected a hardware fault and must be exchanged. Please contact your retailer for a replacement.
High temperature
The charger has detected an abnormally high temperature and is temporarily deactivated.
Overcurrent detected
Charging has stopped because the car tried to use more current than allowed. To reset, remove the charging cable from the charger and try again. If this persists, contact your car dealer.

Incoming supply issue
The charger has detected the supply voltage to property is either too high (above 253 V) or too low (Below 207 V) - the standard is 230 V. This will automatically reset after detecting a stable voltage between 207 and 253 V. If the problem persists please contact your electricity supplier to resolve the issue. If you have any further questions please contact Easee support.

Ground fault
We have detected a ground fault between the car and charger. To reset, please disconnect the cable from the vehicle and reconnect it. If the fault is not cleared, your charging cable might need to be replaced or your car might need servicing.

Critical fault
We have detected a critical fault on your charger. Your charger is permanently locked and can not be reset. If the charging cable is attached, disconnect power to the charger and carefully remove the charging cable. Contact customer support.
Invalid grid
The Charger is having difficulty detecting a valid power grid configuration. Please reboot the charger. If the problem persists please double-check the electrical connections.

Insulation fault
This indicates an insulation fault either in the charging cable, connector or EV. Disconnect the charging cable, and then reconnect it. If charging does not start and the light turns red again, please try another cable or consult your distributor.

Power Grid Change
The charger has identified a change in the power grid configuration. To address this issue, we recommend the following steps:
- Inspect your installation thoroughly.
- Check the status of your fuses and main supply.
- If necessary, consider involving an installer to verify the power connections.

Backplate tag broken
Unable to read backplate tag. The charger is not defective. For more information please press the button below.

Not compatible
This product is not compatible with the master on this circuit.
