No light or an unusual pattern?

Choose a colour. Steady lights stay on, pulsing lights brighten and dim, and blinking lights switch on and off.

Animations show the pattern, not exact timing.

RedCheck the movement and any App warning

A brief red blink after an authorisation attempt can mean access was rejected. A persistent red light needs a fault check.

Brief red blinking after an authorisation attempt

If blinking stops without warning sounds, check your key → or ask the person managing access to check your charging permission. Seeing the charger in the App does not grant permission to charge.

Authorisation accepted but charging still not starting? Check the charging status →.

Persistent red light or warning sounds

Stop trying to charge if you hear warning sounds. Check the Easee App and follow the temperature guidance → or guidance for the reported error →.

No clear warning, or the fault remains? Contact Technical Support →. Do not repeatedly restart the charger or force a locked cable.
