Authentication was not confirmed. Check the Easee Key, RFID tag, or Easee account used.

Check the Easee Key or RFID tag: If you use a third-party RFID tag, it must support NFC / ISO 14443 or MIFARE Classic® at 13.56 MHz and use a fixed identifier. Then check whether the Easee Key or RFID tag has been added to your account, site or charger. If access is managed by an operator, contact the operator.

A secondary charger has lost its local connection to the primary charger. This is often caused by distance or obstacles between the chargers.

Re-establish the local connection: First check that the primary charger is switched on and shows a normal status. Then restart the primary charger, followed by the affected secondary charger. Wait a few minutes and check the light strip again.

Still no connection after restarting? Easee Support can help. Have the affected charger's serial number or the site key, along with a brief description of the issue, ready. Find the serial number →
