What happens when I transfer the ownership to the customer?

The customer will receive an email asking them to log in, if they already have an account, or to sign up for an account. You can also request a link in the app, or a QR code. Either of which can be copied and sent to the customer (for example, via SMS) to click and use.
The customer must accept the ownership transfer from the e-mail (or link).
When customer takes ownership, you (installer) will become an admin of the site. If the new owner doesn't want you to have access, they must remove you as a user from the desktop portal (www.easee.cloud).
