Find the PIN code for your Easee charger
Check the Easee App, your installation records or the charger label.
If a setup or transfer process asks for your charger PIN, check the sources below. Once you find it, you can return to that process.
Need access rather than the PIN?
Knowing the PIN does not by itself give you access in the Easee App or transfer ownership. At shared or managed sites, ask the Site Owner, Administrator or charging operator for access.
Find the PIN in the Easee App
Only the Site Owner can view the charger PIN in the Easee App. If you are the Site Owner and can open the charger in the app, follow these steps. Otherwise, go straight to the other places to check.

Open the charger settings
Select your charger in the Easee App, then tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.

Select About
Under General, select About.

Show the PIN code
Tap the eye icon beside PIN code.
PIN found
Your search is complete. Return to the process that asked for it.
Other places to find the PIN
If the PIN is not available in the app, try these alternatives. You do not need to check every source: stop as soon as you find it.

Check the installation documents
Look in the manual, installation records or handover documents. The installer may have recorded the PIN or attached the PIN sticker there.

Look inside the fuse-box door
The PIN sticker may be attached inside the door. Do not remove protective panels or touch electrical components.

Ask the installer
The installer may have kept the PIN with the installation details, particularly for a recent installation.

Check the charger label
If the PIN sticker is still on the charger, it is behind the removable outer front cover. Read the safety guidance below before accessing it.
Only the outer front cover
The outer front cover is separate from the electrical components behind it. Do not open electrical enclosures or touch electrical components. If you are unsure how to access the label safely, ask your installer for help.

Still cannot find the PIN?
Easee needs to verify that you own the installation before disclosing a missing PIN.
Bought the charger second-hand?
Ask the seller for the PIN and any documents supplied with the charger. If you are buying a second-hand charger, make sure you receive the PIN and installation documents before completing the purchase. Easee may not be able to recover a missing PIN for a second-hand charger.
Own the installation but still cannot find the PIN?
Easee Technical Support can review a PIN recovery request. Have these details ready:
- Charger serial number — find the serial number
- Installation address and the email address for your Easee account
- Proof of ownership, such as the original charger invoice, property purchase agreement or confirmation from the previous owner
