Find the PIN in the Easee app
If the charger is already added to your Easee app, find the PIN code under the charger’s general settings.
Owner role is required
You must be registered as the owner to view the PIN code in the Easee app. Learn more about user roles and permissions.
Open Charger settings
Open the charger card and select the settings icon.
Open About
Under General, select About.
Reveal the PIN code
Select the eye icon next to PIN code.
Check the PIN sticker
Check the charger if the PIN code is not available in the app.
All chargers come with a sticker containing the PIN code, located on the front of the Chargeberry.
To access the sticker, remove only the outer front cover of the charger. Do not open or touch any electrical components. In some cases, the installer may have removed the sticker and placed it in the manual or inside the fuse cabinet. Check with the installing electrician to confirm where the PIN code is located.
The electrician is also often registered as the responsible installer for the site and may be able to retrieve the PIN code through their installer app.
Ask your installer
The installer may still have access to the installation.
Your installer may be able to retrieve the PIN code
If you are unable to locate the PIN code yourself, your installer may be able to provide it. Installers typically have access to the installation through their tools and can retrieve the PIN code if they are still registered on the site.
If the PIN is still missing
The next step depends on whether the charger belongs to a private or shared installation.
