Create an Easee account
Download the Easee App, create your account and confirm your email address.
New to Easee?
Create your Easee account to sign in to the Easee App and Easee Control. Start by downloading the app, then create your account and confirm your email address.
Already have an Easee account? Sign in with your existing account instead.
01Get the Easee App
Download the Easee App to create your account.
02Create your account
Open the Easee App and select Create an account.
Use the email address you want to use with Easee. If you received an invitation, use the email address the invitation was sent to.
Enter your details
Select your country and enter:
- First name
- Surname
- Email address
- Password
Your phone number is optional.
Accept the terms
Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the confirmation checkbox and then select Create account.
03Confirm your email
Open the confirmation email from Easee and follow the activation link. Then return to the Easee App and sign in.
Didn't receive the email?
Check your spam or junk folder. Make sure you entered the correct email address and can access that inbox.
Your account is confirmed
You can now sign in to the Easee App and Easee Control.
Problems creating your account
Open the problem that matches what you see.
I can't create the account
Check that all required fields are complete and that you accepted the Terms and Conditions. The phone number is optional.
The email address is already registered
An Easee account already exists for that email address. Return to the sign-in screen and sign in instead.
If you don't know your password, use the password reset option.
I didn't receive the confirmation email
Check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from Easee.
Make sure the email address you entered is correct and that you can access that inbox.
I still can't create or confirm my account
Include the following when contacting Easee Support:
- Email address used
- iOS or Android
- Approximate time of the attempt
- Screenshot of the message shown in the Easee App
