Your Easee account is your personal sign-in for the Easee App and Easee Control. Create one if you're new to Easee, or sign in if you already have an account.

If you've received an invitation to a charger or site, use the same email address the invitation was sent to.

Creating an Easee account does not automatically give you access to a charger or site. If your charger doesn't appear after signing in, find out how to get access.

01Get the Easee App

Download the Easee App to create your account.

01

Select Create an account

The registration form opens.

02

Enter your details

Select your country, then enter your first name, surname, email address and password. The phone number is optional.

03

Accept the terms and create your account

Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the confirmation checkbox, then select Create account.

03Confirm your email

Open the confirmation email from Easee and follow the activation link. Then return to the Easee App and sign in.

Didn't receive the email?

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct email address and can access that inbox.

Your account is confirmed

You can now sign in to the Easee App and Easee Control.

04Your account is ready — but you may still need charger access

Your Easee account is now ready. Creating an account does not automatically give you access to a charger or site. If your charger does not appear in the Easee App, you may still need an invitation, ownership transfer or access from the person managing the installation.

Charger access is a separate step

The correct access process depends on whether the charger is private or part of a shared or managed installation.

05Problems creating your account

Choose the problem you see and continue from that point in the account process.

I can't create the account

Check that every required field is complete and that you selected the Terms and Conditions checkbox. The phone number field is optional.

The email address is already registered

An Easee account already exists for that address. Return to the login screen and sign in instead. If you do not know the password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.

I didn't receive the confirmation email

Check your spam or junk folder and search for an email from Easee. Make sure the email address entered during registration is correct and that you can access that inbox.

My charger doesn't appear after signing in

This is not an account creation problem. Your account is working, but charger or site access has not yet been assigned or accepted.

To help Easee Support identify where the account process failed, include:

  • the email address used
  • whether you use iOS or Android
  • the approximate time of the attempt
  • a screenshot of the message shown in the Easee App
