Create an Easee account
Register in the Easee App and confirm your email address.
Your Easee account lets you sign in to the Easee App and Easee Control. You may also need an Easee account to charge at shared or publicly accessible sites, even if you do not own a charger. Access and available features depend on the site and your permissions.
Already have an account? Sign in to the Easee App with that account. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
01Get the Easee App
Install the app using the link for your device, or scan the QR code with your phone. If the app is already installed, continue to account creation below.
02Create your account
Open the Easee App and select Create an account. Use an email address you can access, as you will need to confirm it.
Enter your details
Select your country, then enter your first name, surname, email address and password. Your phone number is optional.
Accept the terms and create the account
Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the confirmation checkbox, then select Create account.
Once the account is created, Easee sends you a confirmation email.
The email address is already registered
An account already exists for this address, so you do not need to register again. Return to the sign-in screen and sign in with that account. Use the password reset option if you do not know the password.
I cannot create the account
Check that every required field is complete and the terms checkbox is selected, then try again. If the account is created, continue with email confirmation below.
03Confirm your email address
Open the confirmation email from Easee and follow the activation link. Once your email address is confirmed, return to the Easee App and sign in.
I did not receive the confirmation email
Search your inbox and spam or junk folder for an email from Easee. Check that the address you entered during registration is correct and that you can access that inbox.
If you find the email, follow its activation link.
Your account is ready
