Create an Easee account
Download the app, create your account and confirm your email address.
Already have an Easee account? You don't need to create another one. Simply sign in or reset your password if you've forgotten it.
01Get the Easee App
Download the Easee App for your device, or scan the QR code. Already installed it? Open the app and continue below.
02Create your account
Received an invitation to a charger or site? Register with the email address the invitation was sent to.
- Open the Easee App and select Create an account.
- Select your country, then enter your first name, surname, email address and password. Your phone number is optional.
- Read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, select the confirmation checkbox, then select Create account.
03Confirm your email and sign in
Open the confirmation email from Easee and follow the activation link.
Having trouble?
The email address is already registered
You already have an account for this address. Sign in instead, or use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
I cannot create the account
Check that all required fields are complete and that you have selected the terms checkbox. Follow any message shown in the app and try again.
I did not receive the confirmation email
Search your inbox and spam or junk folder for an email from Easee. Check the address you entered and make sure you can access that inbox.
I cannot sign in
Check that you are using the email address you registered. If you have forgotten your password, use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
