Your charging consumption is available in different places depending on what you want to see. Use the Easee App to view charging assigned to your account. Use Easee Control if you manage a site and need site-wide consumption or report exports.

Easee App · My charging

View charging assigned to your Easee account.

Easee Control · Site data

Review and export consumption for a site you manage.

01What do you want to do?

Choose the result you need. Each path takes you directly to the relevant view or check.

02View your own consumption

The Easee App shows charging assigned to your account. Available chargers and Easee Keys depend on your access.

01

Open Consumption

Open the required site and select Consumption.

02

Filter your consumption

The view opens with All products. If more than one charger is available, use the product selector. Where available, you can also filter by an Easee Key assigned to your account.

03

Choose the view

Switch between month and year, energy and cost, or chart and table view. A circle in the chart means that a charging session is still in progress.

Your consumption data is ready

Return to the same view whenever you want to review your charging or change the selected period.

03Manage and export site consumption

Site Owners and Administrators can use Easee Control to review site-wide consumption and generate reports.

Site Owner or Administrator required

A standard User can review their own assigned consumption in the Easee App but cannot administer the site or create site reports in Easee Control.

01

Open the site

Sign in to Easee Control, open the required site and select Consumption.

02

Choose the report and date range

Select the report that matches the data you need, then set the start and end dates.

03

Export the report

Print the report or export it as Excel, CSV or PDF.

Choose the report that matches your question

Summary reports show totals. Detailed reports show the individual completed sessions behind those totals.

I want to see… Use… What it shows
Total by user User Summary Total completed-session consumption assigned to each user. Account-linked Easee Keys are combined with that user.
Sessions by user User Detailed Individual completed sessions assigned to each user.
Total by charger Charger Summary Total consumption from completed sessions on each charger.
Sessions by charger Charger Detailed Individual completed sessions grouped by charger.
Total by Easee Key Easee Key Summary Total completed-session consumption assigned to each Easee Key.
Every session Session Detailed A session-level breakdown for the selected date range.
Hourly site consumption Energy Summary Hourly site consumption, including ongoing sessions. It does not identify users or Easee Keys.

Why don’t I see a user or Easee Key?

Charging can only be assigned to a user or Easee Key when authentication was used. Unauthenticated charging remains part of the site and charger consumption.

Set up and manage Easee Keys

Your report is ready

Review the data in Easee Control or export it for further use.

04Add a charging price to reports

Add a price per kWh if you want charging costs included in your reports.

  • Price changes do not affect past sessions.
  • VAT is applied when reports are generated.
  • Only one charging price can be active at a time.
  • Variable tariffs are not applied automatically.

05Why totals can be different

Session reports and the Energy Summary use different data. Compare the same data source before treating a difference as an error.

Difference Session reports Energy Summary
Data basis Completed charging sessions. Hourly readings for the site.
Assignment Can identify a user, charger or Easee Key. Shows site-level energy and does not identify users or Easee Keys.
Time period The complete session belongs to the period in which it ended. Can include charging that is still in progress.
Calculation Individual sessions may be rounded before totals are calculated. Uses hourly meter readings.

Hourly Energy Summary data is retained for 13 months.

06Check a missing or unexpected value

Before contacting Support, confirm that you are comparing the same scope and that the session has finished and synchronised.

01

Match the scope

Compare the same site, charger, report type and date range.

02

Check whether the session is complete

Session reports update after the cable is disconnected.

03

Allow an offline charger to synchronise

If the charger was offline, wait until it reconnects and synchronises before checking the report again.

04

Compare the Energy Summary

Check whether the energy is visible in the Energy Summary for the same site and period.

Your consumption data is visible

If the value now appears in the expected view or report, no further action is needed.

Still missing from the report?

If the energy appears in the Energy Summary but the completed session is missing from a session report, contact Easee Support. Include the site key, report type and date range you checked.
