💡 Tips
If your goal is to access chargers in the Easee app, we recommend that you first read through the article 👉  New user – Access to charger

There are a total of four ways to retrieve your PIN code. In this article, we will go through all available options. We recommend reading through all alternatives before proceeding.

Easee App

If you have already added your charger to the Easee App, the PIN code can be found under the charger's General Settings:

From the Charger card, press Charger settings, then press About About.

Sticker on the Chargeberry

All chargers come with a sticker containing the PIN code, located on the front of the Chargeberry.

To access the sticker, you need to remove the front cover of the charger. In some cases, the installer may have removed the sticker and placed it in the manual or inside the fuse cabinet. We recommend checking with the installing electrician to confirm where the PIN code is located.

The electrician is also often registered as the responsible installer for the site and may be able to retrieve the PIN code through their installer app.

Contact your installer

If you are unable to locate the PIN code yourself, your installer may be able to provide it. Installers typically have access to the installation through their tools and can retrieve the PIN code if they are still registered on the site.

Request from Easee Support

If none of the methods above are successful, Easee Support can provide the PIN code.

To proceed, you will need to submit a support request. It is important to include proof of ownership.

Examples of valid documentation:

  • Written confirmation from the previous owner (email or SMS)

  • Utility bills or invoices linked to your address

  • Purchase contract or similar documentation for the property
