Get set up for the Easee charger you want to use.
Have an Easee charger, or want to use one?
Start with what you already have. Follow the steps below to complete any setup you still need.
01Get ready to use Easee
The Easee App lets you check charging and use the controls available for your charger. Sign in with an Easee account to use it.
Using a shared or publicly accessible charger?
Follow the instructions from the organisation or operator responsible for charging. They may provide another app or a key. Continue here if you are asked to use the Easee App or an Easee account.
Already have an Easee account?
Open the Easee App and sign in with it. Then check whether your charger is available.
Need the app? Open App Store or Open Google Play.
02Check whether your charger is available
Once signed in, check for the charger or charging site you want to use. Creating an account does not automatically add a charger or give you access to a private site.
Received an invitation to a charger or site?
Open it on the mobile device where the Easee App is installed and complete it in the app. Opening it in a browser alone will not finish the invitation.
You’re ready to use Easee
When you can sign in and open the charger you need, your app setup is complete.
