Find your way around the Easee App
See where to find charging controls, consumption, charger settings and site management.
The Easee App is organised around Home, sites and individual chargers. Start at Home, open a site, then select the charger or area you want to view or manage.
01Navigate the app
Follow the same path from Home to a site and then to an individual charger whenever you want to view or manage it.
These screenshots use the Effortless style. If your app looks different, you may be using Classic. You can change the app style under Preferences.

Open a charger to check its status and use the controls for the current or next charging session.

03Open charger settings
The charger view also shows its connection and the settings available to your account.

03 shows whether the charger is connected through WiFi or LTE-M.

04 opens charger configuration and connectivity settings.
Access control
10 lets you choose who can use the charger and whether authentication is required, if your account has permission to change it.
04Manage a site
Return to the site overview to switch between products and open the site settings available to your account.

Use the cog wheel to open the settings available for the site.

Select a product circle to open its product view.
05View consumption
Use the Easee App to review your own charging consumption. The keys and consumption options you can see depend on the access assigned to your account.

Review your charging consumption and, where available, filter it by product or Easee Key.
Easee Keys
Review consumption assigned to the Easee Keys available to your account.
For detailed site-wide reports and broader administration across users, use Easee Control if your role has the required permissions. This is why another user's Easee Key may not appear in your app.
06Manage your profile and app settings
Use the remaining app areas for personal preferences, account information and less frequent tasks.

Switch between Effortless and Classic or change the app theme.

View and manage your account information.

View Easee announcements and updates.
Accessories
Find information about Easee accessories.
Support
Open Technical Support from the app.
Add product
Use this only when a setup flow asks you to add a product you are authorised to configure. Adding a product does not give you access to an existing charger.
