Consumption reports
View your own consumption or manage and export consumption for a site.
Consumption is split by purpose and role. The Easee App is the personal view for your own charging. Easee Control is the administration tool for Site Owners and Administrators and is used to review and export consumption for an entire site.
- Easee AppPersonal view
- Shows the consumption assigned to your account. It does not provide site administration or a site-wide report export.
- Easee ControlAdministrative view
- Available to the Site Owner and Administrators for site administration, site consumption and report exports.
01View consumption in the Easee App
Use the App to review the consumption assigned to your account. The chargers and Easee Keys available in the filters depend on your access.
Open Consumption
Open the required site and select Consumption. From a product card, swipe down or use the collapse control to return to the site overview.
Filter your consumption
The view opens with All products. If more than one charger is available, use the product selector. Where available, you can also filter by an Easee Key assigned to your account.
Choose the view
Switch between month and year, energy and cost, or chart and table view. A circle in the chart means that a charging session is still in progress.

Continue with site reports in Easee Control02Review and export site consumption
Easee Control provides the administrative view of a site. Use it to compare consumption by user, charger or Easee Key and to create a site-based export.
Open the site
Sign in to Easee Control, open the required site and select Consumption.
Choose the report and date range
Select the report that matches the data you need, then set the start and end dates.
Export the site report
Print the report or export it as Excel, CSV or PDF.
Choose the report that matches the question
Summary reports show totals. Detailed reports show the individual sessions behind those totals.
Summary reports
User Summary
Total consumption assigned to each user. Account-linked Easee Keys are combined with that user.
Charger Summary
Total consumption from completed sessions on each charger.
Easee Key Summary
Total consumption assigned to each Easee Key.
Energy Summary
Hourly consumption for the site, including ongoing sessions. It does not identify users or Easee Keys.
Detailed reports
User Detailed
Individual completed sessions assigned to each user.
Charger Detailed
Individual completed sessions grouped by charger.
Session Detailed
A session-level breakdown for the selected date range.
User and Easee Key reports require authentication
A session can only be assigned to a person or Easee Key when the user authenticated. Unauthenticated charging remains part of the site and charger consumption.
Add a charging price to reports
Easee Control
Site Owners and Administrators can set the site price and VAT.
Open the site and select Consumption, then Charging price.
Select Edit.
Set VAT and currency, then enter the price per kWh including or excluding VAT.
Select Save.
Easee App
A Site Owner or Administrator can also set a simple price and currency in the App.
Open the site overview, then Site settings.
Select Charging price, then Edit.
Set the price per kWh and currency.
Select Save.
The App saves VAT as 0%. Use Easee Control when VAT must be included.
Charging price rules
- Charging price changes do not affect past sessions.
- VAT is applied when generating reports.
- Only one charging price can be active at a time.
Variable tariffs are not applied automatically.
03Understand differences and missing values
Session-based reports and the Energy Summary answer different questions. Choose the right data source before checking whether a value is wrong.
Session-based reports
Show completed sessions. User, Charger and Easee Key reports assign the complete session to the time it ended and may round each session before calculating a total.
Energy Summary
Uses hourly site readings and can include ongoing sessions. It does not identify a user or Easee Key, and hourly data is retained for 13 months.
If a value looks wrong
Check the report in this order before escalating it.
Match the scope
Compare the same site, charger, report type and date range.
Check whether the session is complete
Session reports update after the cable is disconnected. If the charger was offline, wait until it reconnects and synchronises.
Compare the Energy Summary
If energy is present there but the completed session is still missing from a session report, continue with the Support route below.
