Find your charger's PIN code
Start with the Easee App, then check the PIN sticker or follow the correct recovery path.
Use the first option available to you. If the charger already appears in the Easee App, the PIN is quickest to retrieve there. Otherwise, check the installation documents or the PIN sticker before asking the installer.
A PIN code is not the same as charger access
If you want to add the charger to your account, take over a private installation or use a shared charger, follow the access route for your situation.
Find the correct access path01Find the PIN code in the Easee App
If the charger already appears in your account and you are its registered owner, the PIN is available in the general charger settings.
Only the registered owner can view the PIN
If the PIN field is unavailable, first check whether your account has the owner role for this charger.
Compare access, roles and permissions02Check the installation documents and PIN sticker
When the PIN is not available in the App, check the places where the installer may have left the sticker before looking at the charger itself.
Check the manual and fuse box
The installer may have placed the sticker on the manual or inside the fuse-box door.
Check the front of the Chargeberry
The charger's PIN and serial number may be printed on a sticker behind the removable outer front cover.
Remove only the outer front cover
Do not open or touch electrical components. If you are unsure how to reach the sticker safely, stop and ask the installer.
The serial number is normally printed with the PIN and is also needed if you later contact Easee Support.
Find the charger's serial number03If the PIN code is still missing
Ask the installer first. If they cannot retrieve the PIN, the correct next step depends on whether the charger is private, second-hand or part of a shared installation.
Ask the installer before escalating
The installer may still be registered for the site and may be able to retrieve the PIN in the Installer App.
