Start using Easee
Start charging and find your way around the Easee App.
Once your Easee charger has been installed and set up, you can usually start charging without using the Easee App. This guide explains your first charge, optional App setup and where to find further guidance.
01Your first charge
Connect the cable to your vehicle and, if it is not already attached, to the charger. Charging normally starts when the installation allows it and your vehicle is ready. Authorisation, a charging schedule or settings in your vehicle may affect when it begins.
If you already have App access and charging does not start, check the charging status.
02Get started with the Easee App
You do not need the Easee App to charge when the installation does not require authorisation. With an Easee account and access to the charger or site, you can view charging activity and change the settings available to your access level. Managing a charger or site requires the appropriate role and permissions; some functions may require Easee Control or another authorised management interface. Creating an account alone does not give you access to a charger.

Once your charger or site appears in the App, use the overview to find the screens and controls available to you.
