The Easee App lets you manage charging and view charging consumption. This guide helps you set up the app, sign in and get access to your charger.

Your account and charger access are separate

You use your Easee account to sign in. Creating one does not automatically add a charger to the app. A site is the location where one or more chargers are installed.

Charging at work or a shared installation? Check with the person managing charging first. Follow any instructions they have given you for an operator app or key. This guide covers setup for the Easee App.

01Sign in to the Easee App

Get the app and sign in below. Once you are signed in, continue to the charger check.

Your account is ready

Once you are signed in, continue below to check your charger access.

02Find your charger

Look for your charger in the app, either directly or under the site where it is installed. The options below help with missing access or an offline status.

My charger or site is missing

To accept an invitation, open it on the phone or tablet where the Easee App is installed. Sign in to the account it was sent to and accept it in the app. Opening it in a browser alone does not complete acceptance.

For separate site and charger invitations, accept both. Then check the app again.

Without an invitation, or when the installation is still missing, follow the access guide. It explains who can give you access for your situation.

I can see my charger, but it shows as offline

Offline means the charger has a connection problem. It does not by itself mean that your account setup or access is wrong.

Your app setup is complete

You are signed in, and your charger appears in the Easee App.

When you are ready to use your charger

The app overview shows where to find controls, settings and consumption. To charge, connect your vehicle and use the method provided for this installation. Charging permission can differ from app access.
