Get started with your charger, get access and set up the features you need.
New to Easee? Start by checking that your charger is ready to charge. From there, we'll help you with access and the settings you need for your installation.
01Test your charger
Connect your vehicle and check whether charging starts. This tells you whether your charger is ready to use or whether something needs to be resolved first.

Connect the cable securely to the charger and the vehicle.

02Get your charger in the Easee App
If you want to view or manage your charger in the Easee App, how you get access depends on your installation.
You need an Easee account before the charger can appear in the app.

If the charger was recently installed, the installer must complete the handover. If it was already installed when you moved in, you may need access or ownership transferred to you.
